About the Opportunity
You will provide operational and administrative support across a range of People & Culture processes, including:

  • Maintaining accurate employee records and data in HR systems
  • Processing employee lifecycle activities such as appointments, extensions, and employment changes.
  • Assisting with payroll functions, ensuring timeliness and accuracy
  • Managing shared mailboxes and responding to routine queries.

About you

  • Strong administrative and customer service skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams
  • The ability to work effectively in a team, follow procedures, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Exposure to HR, payroll, or recruitment processes (desirable but not essential).
