Overview
Our client is a well-established financial services organisation with a commitment to innovation and excellence and are seeking an experienced Finance Systems & Analytics Specialist to join a high-performing Finance team. This role is responsible for managing and maintaining enterprise data and analytics platforms, supporting Finance teams with technical expertise, and developing solutions to improve business processes, reporting, and insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Support forecasting and reporting processes across P&L, Balance Sheet, headcount, AUM, and indices.
• Manage monthly data loads and administer TM1, including user security, cube performance monitoring, and updates to cube structures.
• Liaise with Technology teams and third-party vendors to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements.
• Maintain and enhance Finance reporting infrastructure using Power BI, PowerQuery, and related tools
• Ensure accurate data flows from TM1, SQL, and other sources, and manage automation processes such as Chains and SQL queries.
• Develop analytics tools, dashboards, and visualisations for Finance teams and Executives.
• Lead reporting change projects, including year-end updates and adjustments to reporting structures.
• Deliver insights and solutions to stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.
• Drive automation of day-to-day Finance processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  

Skills & Experience

• Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or Mathematics (or equivalent professional experience).
• 5+ years' experience in the Financial Services industry, with strong understanding of Finance and operational systems.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience administering TM1.
• Strong technical expertise in Power BI,SQL
• Collaborative, with strong communication skills and the ability to partner across Finance and Technology.
