Are you ready to step into a high-impact Finance Manager role where your insights will help shape executive decision-making?

This role will play a critical role in driving financial performance and supporting executive leaders with accurate and meaningful insights. You will primarily be responsible for the line of business profitability models, including monthly reporting to Group Executives and the Board. You’ll operationalise the models, partnering with Finance Business Partners to ensure accuracy and relevance, and provide commercial insights to drive decision-making.

Key responsibilities:

• Enhance and manage the line of business profitability model and cost allocation capabilities
• Work with Finance Business Partners to deliver accurate insights on costs and profitability performance
• Work with in-house finance systems team to optimise the model into finance systems
• Collaborate with Product Leads to develop product profitability and allocation methodologies
• Support budget and 5-year planning processes incorporating line of business profitability
• Provide timely, accurate reporting and insights for Group Executives and the Board

Your experience:

• Tertiary qualifications in Accounting and CPA/CA qualification
• 5+ years’ experience in management accounting and/or financial modelling
• Financial services experience is preferrable, or proven working experience in a large, listed corporate
• Deep understanding of profitability or cost allocation models
• Advanced Excel skills, including model-building from scratch
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, self-starting attitude
