About the role
Reporting to the Head of Finance, this Systems Accountant role is dedicated to NetSuite implementation and integration. Working closely with finance and operations, you’ll establish frameworks, streamline onboarding of new entities, and ensure seamless system connections across the Group.

Duties/Key responsibilities

• Lead integration of newly acquired businesses into NetSuite (e.g. migrating from Xero, MYOB)
• Configure, optimise, and maintain NetSuite functionality
• Support CRM and external software integrations with NetSuite
• Partner with finance teams and external advisors to ensure smooth onboarding
• Build repeatable frameworks and processes for scalable rollouts

Skills and experience

• 3–5 years’ experience as a Systems Accountant or similar
• Strong NetSuite implementation and configuration expertise
• Data migration, testing, and reconciliation experience
• Solid accounting knowledge with systems focus
• Excellent communication and business partnering skills
• Hunger to learn, adaptable mindset, and ability to thrive in a high-growth environment
