Victorian Mechanical Services are seeking to employ a Service Co-Ordinator
As a Service Co-Ordinator you will be the vital link between customers & our workshop
Providing accurate, timely & professional communication, ensuring every customer feels valued & looked after
Key responsibilities:
Co-ordinate day to day workflow within the workshop
Communicate with customers about the status of their vehicle
Liase with workshop leading hand regarding vehicle status
Generate work orders
What we are looking for:
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Strong computer literacy
Strong organisation skills
Previous experience within the automotive industry would be advantageous but not necessary as full training will be given
