Our client is a high performing Real Estate agency based in Newstead looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager who is looking to step up into a Leadership role.

The Role:

• Managing a rent roll of 220 properties with full assistance from a Junior PM
• Training and mentoring staff members
• Arrears management
• Bond management
• Overseeing maintenance
• Manage rent increases, reviews, terminations and lease renewals
• Key handover
• Liaising with tenants and landlords
• Attend QCAT if and when required

About You:

Please note that the successful applicant will have a minimum of 3 years experience in Real Estate Leadership and Property Management.

• Positive and results driven attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in property-related software
• Strong administrative skills
• Ability to work proactively and independently
• Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
