About the Role
You will be focused on generating new business and growing our client base by presenting our membership offerings to Rent Roll Business Owners across Australia.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Presenting membership offerings and professional service add-ons to rent roll business owners
Conducting online sales meetings and presentations
Interpreting business KPIs to match customers to the membership level that will support them in achieving their goals
Lead generation activities (telephone)
Promptly responding to new business enquiries
Ensuring KPI’s and sales targets are continually achieved
A mobile phone and laptop will be provided.
This role can offer further career opportunities into other areas such as consulting or our sales and acquisitions team, focusing on rent roll and agency sales.
About You
You are a highly motivated individual who is focused and driven by a strong need to achieve. You are a friendly, self-aware person who continually shows initiative and determination.
This role would suit someone with experience in managing a Property Management business or team and with sales experience.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Experience in the Real Estate industry
A natural ability to form solid relationships with clients
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Well-developed presentation and negotiation skills
Intermediate skills using Microsoft applications and experience using CRM software
Demonstrated success in a sales role
