We’re seeking an experienced Senior Strata Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties, including layered schemes and BMS. You’ll manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, build strong client relationships, and mentor junior staff.

What You Need:

• 2–3+ years’ experience as a Strata Manager
• Knowledge of BMS & layered schemes
• Strong grasp of BCCM/BUGTA legislation
• Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail & time management
• StrataMax experience (advantageous but not essential)
