We have an amazing opportunity for multiple Trainee Automotive Finance & Insurance Business Managers to join our top performing teams at the following locations –
· Noosa
· Nambour
· Maroochydore
· Caloundra
· Morayfield
· Rothwell
· Kippa-Ring
The training period will be between 3 - 6 months and will involve on the job training and mentoring with experienced Business Managers, in addition to completion of the Autopact Business Manager Training program.
What is the role of an Automotive Finance & Insurance Business Manager?
Lead Management – assisting the sales team to contact all clients who are interested in purchasing a vehicle.
Assisting the sales team with negotiation and closing of sales.
Assisting our valued clients to purchase a vehicle by arranging their Finance.
Meeting KPI’s for the sale of Finance, Insurance and Warranty products.
End to end processing of vehicle loans (from application to settlement).
Providing outstanding customer service.
Strict adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements.
Who are we looking for?
The successful candidates will demonstrate the following –
Self-motivated and financially driven.
Passionate about achieving success, whilst also being committed to delivering the highest level of customer service.
Process and procedure driven, with excellent time management skills.
The ability to build trust and rapport with both internal and external customers.
It is envisaged you will have a background in sales and/or banking, finance, or insurance industries.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
The ability to work in a busy team environment and remain calm under pressure.
Confident computer skills.
Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) in both a face-to-face and phone environment.
