Our client, a leading property group with a well-established commercial portfolio, is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily building operations, ensuring assets are maintained to a high standard.
• Coordinate and supervise repairs and maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and other systems.
• Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and ensure cost-effective service delivery.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential issues before they escalate.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimise downtime.
• Respond to tenant requests and service issues with a focus on exceptional customer service.
• Assist in budgeting and expenditure control for maintenance and operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation across inspections, repairs, and contractor performance.
• Support leasing and project teams on tenant fit-outs and refurbishment works.
• Monitor security systems, cleaning services, and waste management contracts.
• Collaborate with property managers to align facilities operations with asset strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Facilities Management role, ideally within commercial property.
• Strong technical knowledge across building systems and services.
• Excellent stakeholder and contractor management skills.
• Familiarity with WHS, building codes, and compliance regulations.
