About the Firm:

Key Responsibilities:

• Property and Commercial Matters: Handle a variety of tasks including the purchase and sale of businesses, assisting developer clients with residential, commercial, and industrial projects, and drafting commercial agreements (joint ventures & partnerships), guarantees, and security documents.
• Business Structuring: Provide strategic advice on business structuring.
• Legislative Advice: Offer guidance on legislative requirements.
• Asset Protection: Advise on the protection of commercial assets.
• Lease Negotiations: Negotiate terms of leases, including rent, transfer options, duration, exit, and renewal options.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience: 2 to 6 years' PAE in commercial and property matters. The candidate must have strong experience in either property law or commercial law. The firm will provide additional training to help you further develop your skills in the other area, ensuring you are well-rounded and capable of handling a variety of tasks.
• Skills: Practical, client-focused problem-solving and research skills.
• Team Player: A desire to be an integral member of a strong and cohesive team.
• Client Relationships: This role is client facing so we are seeking someone with an ability to build strong client relationships.
