Senior Landscape Architect - Mount Gravatt - Brisbane

The Role
As a Senior Landscape Architect, you’ll manage a variety of client projects - delivering design solutions on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. This role combines project leadership, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on design to ensure our work reflects positively on the Citicene brand.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
Take ownership of project quality, delivery, and outcomes.
Produce high-quality design and documentation with strong attention to detail.
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
Skills & Software
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
Qualifications
Registered with AILA, or eligible for registration.
Degree in Landscape Architecture (accredited).
Unrestricted right to work in Australia.
Current driver’s licence and reliable transport for site visits.
Core Competencies
Excellent project and time management skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
High level of attention to detail and ability to review work critically.
A proactive, collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
Self-starter who can work independently and problem-solve effectively.
Professional, reliable, and committed to high standards.
Experience
Minimum 6 - 8 years’ experience in landscape architecture.
Demonstrated experience delivering commercial projects.
Experience working with councils, clients, consultants, and contractors.
