About the Opportunity

Rocky Resort Motor Inn is seeking a motivated couple to live onsite and manage our 29-room motel. This is a hands-on but simple-to-run operation—no restaurant, no bar, and no pets. With minimal grounds, a well-kept pool, and strong support systems in place, you’ll have the time and freedom to do what matters most: deliver exceptional customer service.

Your Role Includes

Front office and guest services, ensuring smooth and welcoming arrivals

Overseeing housekeeping and maintaining presentation standards

Light grounds care and pool upkeep

Managing bookings, revenue systems, and day-to-day operations

Providing guests with an outstanding stay that keeps them coming back

The Ideal Couple

We’d love to hear from you if you bring:

Previous experience in motel/hospitality management (or transferable management experience)

Great customer service skills and clear, professional communication

Confidence with property management systems (GuestPoint experience a bonus)

A hands-on, reliable, and self-motivated approach

Ability to supervise small teams and manage contractors as required

Knowledge of compliance, WHS, and licensing obligations
