Assistant Property Manager - Part Time (2-3 Days per Week)
Location: Bondi Junction, Sydney
Employment Type: Part-time (2-3 days per week)

You will be working exclusively with the Director of Property Management as their dedicated assistant across all property management operations.
This role would suit someone with family commitments as we are open to working around school hours and offer flexible scheduling within our 2-3 day per week structure.
You'll play a vital role in supporting our property management operations, with a particular focus on maintaining excellent communication between tenants and our team. This position offers hands-on experience in all aspects of residential property management in the Sydney market.
Key Responsibilities
Liaise professionally with both landlords and tenants as the key point of contact
Manage lease renewals and rent review processes
Maintain accurate tenant and property records in our database
Process rental payments and chase overdue accounts
Prepare correspondence, notices, and lease documents
Support with end-of-lease procedures and bond claims
Liaise with contractors and service providers
Monitor property maintenance schedules, not required to do routine inspections
Occasionally conduct outgoing and incoming inspections
Support the Director of Property Management with portfolio management tasks
Provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth daily operations
What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements:
Current Certificate of Registration or above in NSW Real Estate
Ability to work independently and without supervision
Professional presentation and excellent phone manner when dealing with landlords and tenants
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
Valid NSW driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Desirable Qualities:
Previous experience in property management or real estate
Familiarity with NSW residential tenancy laws
Experience with PropertyTree software (highly regarded) but not essential
