We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse and Operations Assistant to join our team. This is a dynamic role for someone who is a great multi-tasker and enjoys a variety of tasks.

Holmes & Fallon Pty Ltd is an Australian-owned and operated family business that designs and imports women's fashion.

The ideal candidate will have the following responsibilities:

General warehouse management, including pulling and dispatching orders.

Assisting with stock unloading from trucks (approximately twice a year) and performing regular stocktaking.

Managing labelling requirements for samples.

Acting as an assistant on photoshoot days (around six per year) and at trade shows in Sydney (once per year).

Providing support in the office, which includes answering the phone when needed and performing some data entry and filing.

This role offers flexible work hours that can be adapted to school hours if required.
