We are looking for a confident, energetic and enthusiastic person to join our newly structured management team as a Trainee Assistant Manager.

Our business has seen strong growth, and we are looking at taking advantage of our position by introducing a great new staff member to improve productivity and make lots more smiling faces in our stores.

As Trainee Assistant Manager you will work closely with the Store Manager and another Assistant Manager to grow and strengthen the business and learn key skills for your career in all areas of managing a successful bricks and mortar and online retail business.

Areas that would form part of your role include Store Opening and Closing Procedures, Store Presentation and Marketing, Quality Customer Service, Event Management and Planning, Face to face sales and service, Online sales and order fulfilment, Comprehensive Inventory Management, Record Keeping and Filing, Online, In Store and Social Media advertising and Workplace Health, Hygiene and Safety.
