What We’re Looking For

We want high-performers who love people, love sales, and love winning. You’ll thrive here if you:

Have sales experience and can confidently close (fitness background is a bonus, not a must)

Customer experience and building a tight-knit community

Know your way around social media (Facebook, Instagram, GMB)

Can work independently while crushing daily checklists and KPIs

Have a strong admin game and love ticking off systems

Are proactive, goal-driven, and consistent in your execution

What You'll Be Doing:

This is more than an admin role - it’s a stepping stone into leadership within the fitness industry. You’ll be working closely with the Club Manager and playing a crucial role in our day-to-day success:

Hitting daily/weekly/monthly sales KPIs and membership goals

Creating and executing engaging retention strategies

Managing social media content (Instagram, Facebook, Google) and local engagement

Supporting lead generation through outreach and referrals

Delivering exceptional member experiences and communication

Running in-club events, challenges, and community engagement activities

Work Schedule

Mon–Thurs: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
