As a Property Operations Manager, you will focus on the coordination between landlords, tenants, and tradespeople to ensure smooth property management. This role does not involve guest check-ins or customer service tasks, as these are handled separately. Instead, your main responsibility is to act as the key link between landlords, tenants, and contractors, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and communication remains clear.

This is a work-from-home role most of the time, but you will also be required to travel across Sydney for inspections and on-site coordination when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with landlords regarding property updates, maintenance, and tenancy matters.

Handle tenant communications in a professional and timely manner.

Arrange and coordinate repairs or maintenance with contractors/tradespeople.

Conduct routine property inspections and provide condition reports.

Support rental processes such as advertising, screening applications, and preparing lease paperwork.

Ensure compliance with tenancy regulations and landlord requirements.

Requirements

Experience in property management or real estate operations preferred.

Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain).

Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Mandarin.

Fast learner with strong adaptability – able to quickly understand processes and adjust to different situations.

Excellent communication skills – able to liaise effectively with landlords, tenants, and contractors.

Strong execution and problem-solving ability – able to follow through and resolve issues independently.

Reliable, well-organised, and able to work autonomously.

Valid driver’s licence and access to a car.

Proficiency with computers and apps for property management tasks.
