We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join a leading manufacturer supplying the residential, commercial, and industrial construction sectors. About the Role
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support across enquiries, orders, and general account management. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth process from order to delivery while keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront.

Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound calls, emails, and enquiries from customers

Process orders and provide accurate product information

Liaise with operations, sales, and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery

Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers

Provide general administrative support to the wider team

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and people skills

A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems

Previous customer service experience in any industry is highly regarded

Salary and Benefits

Base $60k - $75k | 12% Super
