Their range has everything clients need for bathrooms, kitchens and laundries which are on display at showroom in North Rocks. They take deep pride in their ability to continually deliver high quality manufacturing and customer service. As the business expand, they are looking for Showroom Sales / Internal Sales with excellent customer service skills.

Key Accountabilities

Introducing products, guide clients to select the right bathroom and kitchen products.

Providing outstanding customer service.

Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the showroom.

Cross selling products to increase purchase amounts.

Assist the sales team to achieve sales targets.

Working hours: Weekdays 9:00 to 17:00 & Weekend 9:45 to 16:15 (working hours may include weekends).

Skills, knowledge, and experience

2y+ sales related work experience.

Friendly, have great communication and negotiation skills.

Providing expert professional customer service.

Well presented, hardworking, and reliable.

A team player and able to work autonomously.

Well organized and be able to multi task under pressure.

Ability to build good relationships with customers and tradespeople.

Basic Computer Skills, training provided.

Supporting other team members as required to assure business goals are meet.

Chinese, Mandarin, or Cantonese candidate will be plus.

Strong at closing sales will be plus.

Benefits

Competitive remuneration: Base Salary（$55,000-$65,000）+ Commission + Super.
