About the role

Havwoods' is searching for an enthusiastic and driven Phone Based Internal Sales representative to join our thriving sales team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with our valued customers and closing Sales over the phone. Working from our modern office in Rutherford, NSW, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our exceptional range of high-quality interior wood products and solutions.

Candidates must have appropriate Australian work rights to be eligible for this position.

What you'll be doing

Proactively qualifying and following up existing pipeline opportunities as well as prospective customers to convert leads to sales.

Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets

Generate quotes for customers

Pro actively call prospective clients to understand their needs and present Havwoods' product offerings

Accurately record and update all customer interactions and customer data into the CRM in a timely manner when following up on sales leads

Collaborating with the wider sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective strategies

Continuously expanding your product knowledge to provide expert advice and guidance to customers

Passion for Sales and Business growth.

Consistently hungry, self-driven and motivated individual

Proven track record of success in a sales role , preferably with phone experience.

Phone-based sales experience would be advantageous for this role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers

Strong commercial acumen and a drive to achieve sales targets
