As part of their continued growth, they are seeking an Office Manager to join their high-performing, fast-paced team and vibrant team. Role:

Managing the smooth running of the office - from calls, mail, supplies and IT assets to safety checks and licenses

Supporting the team with onboarding, training coordination and travel bookings

Coordinating internal and external events

Creating and scheduling engaging social media content

Updating the company website and designing branded materials

Ensuring the office is a positive, well-functioning and welcoming environment

About you:

Proven office management or administration experience

Strong organisational and time management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A creative flair and confidence with Canva, social media and branding

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic IT troubleshooting

A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
