Responsibilities:
Support the business and all office staff to foster a positive office environment.
Provide receptionist support by managing incoming calls and welcoming guests.
Act as the liaison with building management.
Enhance the overall client experience.
Develop and implement strategies to promote sustainability in all activities.
Ensure smooth office operations, including facilities management.
Collaborate with the team to improve processes and systems.
Handle equipment repair requests and coordinate with building management.
Maintain relationships with suppliers, including couriers, stationery vendors, and office cleaners.
Authorize purchases for stationery and general office supplies.
Drive continuous improvement in office administration systems, including mail and courier processes.
Organize, manage, and maintain meetings and appointments.
Coordinate and support events, including scheduling and logistics.
Interact daily with staff, executives, clients, partners, vendors, visitors and stakeholders.
Assist the business with administration, onboarding clients and being across the officers to offer support to clients.
Schedule conferences and events, distributing minutes as needed.
Requirements:
Highly motivated and career-driven with a proactive approach
Professionally presented, with a strong attention to detail
Experience working in a medium-sized professional services environment, ideally within the property, investment, or hospitality sectors.
Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders, and building management
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
