Salary: Level 4 – $70,668.52 to $74,388.87 base salary + super (based on experience)

Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing
- Receipting and processing planning applications
- Reviewing technical documents
- Providing customer service across channels
- Maintaining records and compiling reports
- Supporting internal teams with admin tasks
- Improving procedures and practices

Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for a proactive team member with a passion for planning services. You’ll ideally bring:
- Certificate IV in Local Government (Planning) (desirable)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and documentation systems
- Knowledge of planning legislation (desirable)
- Experience in local government admin support
