Brennan Sloan is a successful boutique Accounting and Business Services company that specialises in business advisory, SMSFs, wealth creation and risk management. Our main office is located in North Perth with a satellite office in South Perth.
The Role
The Client Service Coordinator is primarily responsible for providing a broad range of service to support the Accountants within their team as well as providing a high quality service to clients.
Duties and Responsibilities
Customer service and administration
Preparation and distribution of client engagement letters
Maintaining client information in XPM and other systems
Scheduling and booking client meetings
Raising of invoices to clients
Processing of ASIC Annual Returns
Managing ELD's and lodgement of tax returns
Processing corporate secretarial changes and updates
General office administration such as scanning, filing etc.
Skills and Experience
Experience in a Client Services Coordinator role within an Accounting Practice
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team
Possess a positive attitude and pleasant demeanour
Hard-working and committed to the role and the organisation
Desire to provide quality client service and support
Attention to detail and time management skills
High level of integrity and regard for confidentiality
Professional presentation
