About the Role
Join Sarros, a leading WA family-owned trade services company operating across Perth and Peel regions since 2014. We're seeking an experienced Office Administrator to support our electrical, plumbing, and appliance divisions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Process payments and generate invoices accurately through Simpro software
Coordinate real-time scheduling for technicians across Perth metropolitan area and Peel region
Manage daily operations and maintain live schedule updates
Handle data entry for receipts and stock management systems
Update Sarros Appliances website with current products and inventory
Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email communications
Support administrative functions across all three business divisions
Process quote creation, job scheduling, and invoice generation through Simpro
Essential Requirements
Technical Expertise:
Proficiency in Simpro software (quote management, job scheduling, invoicing, data entry)
Experience with system reconciliation and stock management processes
Website content management capabilities
Customer Service Skills:
Strong customer relations and communication abilities
Professional phone and email etiquette
Experience handling customer inquiries and complaint resolution
Excellent interpersonal skills for client interaction
Local Knowledge:
Comprehensive understanding of Perth metropolitan area and Peel region geography
Knowledge of travel times and logistics for effective scheduling
Familiarity with suburbs from Yanchep to Lake Clifton
Operational Skills:
Proven ability to manage real-time scheduling coordination
Strong multi-tasking capabilities in fast-paced environments
Exceptional attention to detail for data accuracy
Independent work ethic with team collaboration skills
Ideal Candidate
Previous experience with job management software (Simpro highly regarded)
Background in trades administration or similar industry experience
Strong organizational and time management capabilities
Flexible approach to varied daily responsibilities
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team objectives
