About the role

Are you an organized and creative administrative superhero looking for a rewarding part-time role? Angelic Care, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a Part-Time Admin Hybrid Superstar to join their team in Bundall, QLD. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrative professional to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and collaborative environment.

What you'll be doing

Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Angelic Care team, including diary management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation

Contributing your creative flair to projects, such as designing marketing materials and event planning

Assisting with data entry, filing, and other general office duties to ensure smooth daily operations

Liaising with internal and external stakeholders in a professional and customer-focused manner

Supporting the team with ad-hoc tasks as required

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in the healthcare, experience in NDIS/NIISQ/Child Safety

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure, excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable manner

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to learn new software quickly

A creative mindset and eye for design, with the ability to contribute to marketing and promotional materials

A genuine interest in the healthcare industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service

Intermediate proficiency in Canva Pro for creating on-brand templates and marketing content desirable.

Availability to work 26-30 hours per week in this part-time position

Highly regarded certifications in PR, HR, or Business/Finance Administration.
