Job Title: Admin Assistant (Bilingual English/Mandarin) – Part-Time, Work From Home

About Us
We are a service provider in the NDIS PROVIDER. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support our team on a part-time basis, with the possibility of moving into a full-time role based on performance.
About the Role
This role involves providing administrative support to our operations, including:
Handling emails, phone calls, and client communication (in both English and Mandarin).
Preparing and managing documents, spreadsheets, and reports.
Supporting management with scheduling, record-keeping, and general admin tasks.
Assisting with client enquiries and maintaining accurate records.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
Ability to work independently from home.
Nursing/Healthcare background is highly regarded.
