About us
We are a successful business that has been running for over 35 years in the North Queensland area. We offer our services to both residential and commercial clients across different fields including mould mitigation/remediation, trauma/crime/biohazard, carpet & upholstery, water restoration works, pest control & pressure cleaning. We are looking for a motivated person to join our team as a part time Office Administrator. The successful applicant will be able to work without supervision in an efficient manner. You will be dealing directly with customers so we would like someone with superstar customer service experience.
Qualifications & experience
Experience in MYOB desirable
Customer service experience desirable
Ability/willingness to work more hours if needed during busy season (November - February)
Own licence & transportation to/from work
Willingness to obtain police check & relevant licences (Blue card/white card etc.)
Tasks & responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring the smooth running of all administrative functions.
Coordinate and schedule job bookings & quotation appointments
The ability to work autonomously & be self sufficient, but also able to work within a team environment
Answer incoming/outgoing calls with a professional and friendly manner
Respond to emails within an appropriate time frame
The ability to problem solve
