About the role:

This part-time Admin role (approx. 35hrs / week) at Select Kit Homes facility in Loganholme, QLD offers the opportunity to be part of an exciting and growing company that specialises in the production of steel frame kit homes using prefabricated steel frame walls and trusses. In this key role, you will provide crucial administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations - specifically with social media / marketing.

Duties & responsibilities:

Administration and customer service relevant to the role while on the job

Assist customers with questions regarding the product or construction process

Handle incoming & outgoing phone calls and reply to emails from customers

Manage schedules with ongoing jobs

Manage social media posts & communication

Other various admin / marketing duties

What we're looking for:

Prior Administration experience preferred

Prior Customer relations / sales experience preferred

Prior Social Media experience preferred

Prior SEO / Marketing experience preferred

Prior graphic design experience preferred

Reliable punctuality

Eagerness to learn and develop your skills

Time management to get through tasks at a good pace

Excellent communication and customer service skills
