What You’ll Do
Execute high-volume cold calling campaigns across multiple industries, with a focus on hard-selling and conversion.
Book qualified sales meetings on behalf of clients, ensuring smooth handoffs to their internal sales teams.
Drive outreach across phone, email, and SMS, using structured cadences and messaging that cuts through.
Research accounts, identify key contacts, and tailor outreach based on industry, buyer role, and business pain points.
Track and manage activities within our CRM system with high attention to detail and follow-up discipline.
Work closely with DSC’s strategy and messaging teams to continuously refine talk tracks and outreach approaches.
Maintain a razor-sharp focus on KPIs: daily dials, conversations, meeting bookings, and conversion metrics.
What We’re Looking For
Proven phone-based sales or telemarketing experience, preferably in B2B or outbound sales.
Excellent verbal communication, personal and persuasive skills.
A highly motivated self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, goal-oriented environments.
Strong resilience, you handle rejection like a pro and bounce back stronger.
KPI-driven mindset, you enjoy the chase and love hitting (and beating) your numbers.
Comfortable learning new products and articulating value propositions with clarity and confidence.
CRM proficiency is a plus.
