What You’ll Do

Be the friendly face (or voice!) of Filquip, responding to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and care.

Prepare and deliver quotes for equipment and parts promptly.

Keep customers updated on their orders, ensuring a smooth sales journey from inquiry to delivery.

Maintain accurate customer and supplier records in our SAP software system.

Review orders and supplier paperwork for accuracy, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.

Support our warehouse team with picking, packing, and organizing freight when needed.

Assist with inventory tasks, including unpacking, labeling, and managing stock.

Build and nurture strong relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure top-notch service.

Champion workplace safety by following Filquip’s health and safety policies.

Who You Are

A confident communicator with a friendly and professional phone presence.

Reliable, dedicated, and ready to tackle tasks with a strong work ethic.

A multitasking pro who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable with Microsoft Office (SAP experience is a bonus but not required).

Forklift license or warehouse experience? That’s a plus, but we’ll train you if needed!
