We are seeking an experienced residential sales associate or sales agent who is already established in the industry but looking for the right environment to take their career to the next level. Key Responsibilities
Generate and convert leads into successful property sales.
Conduct property appraisals, market analyses, and listing presentations.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
Negotiate offers to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
Manage property campaigns including open homes, auctions, and private inspections with the Selling Director
Prepare and present marketing strategies to vendors.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, listings, and client communications.
Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry changes.
Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the agency’s professional reputation.
Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Associate or Real Estate Salesperson. Understand what it takes to be a good salesperson.
Humble to learn. Learn it all and growth mind-set.
Willing to work and establish career in Brisbane's south side
Current Real Estate Sales Registration Certificate (or Licence).
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clientele.
Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented.
Strong time management and organisational skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
