Your role

Business is BOOMING! That's why your expertise as a Customer Service Representative is required. You will be working alongside likeminded team members who understand that providing excellent Customer Service, has contributed to the long-term success of the business. You will be facilitating a seamless process, using your computer skills and outcome driven energy, all while delivering a positive customer experience. The golden rule is " if we can keep the customers happy, we will all grow".

Snapshot of Duties

• Have a thorough understanding of all products & services on offer
• Ensure the CRM system is updated and accurate
• Process customer orders via email, text or phone
• Liaise with sales reps to ensure orders are prepared and delivered in a timely manner
• Schedule transportation
• Follow up to ensure deliveries have occurred on time and receiving PODs
• Contribute to end of month procedures
• Other general administrative tasks, as required

Skills and Experiencewe're looking for

• Previous similar CSR exp is essential
• Computer savvy - CRM exp is essential
• Confident communicator
• Attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
• A can-do attitude/solution based problem solver
• You're a "people person" who goes the extra mile
