The Opportunity

Our Sales Consultants work with our customers to assist in the selection of our flooring & window covering products to create their dream interior for their homes or businesses.

Your day to day responsibilities include:

Providing customers with a warm and welcoming experience in the showroom.

Talking customers through our extensive product range tailored to their budget, building specification and design brief.

Visiting customers homes to measure for flooring & window covering.

Preparation of quotations and coordination of installations & deliveries

Regular follow up with customers during the selection, quotation and installation/delivery phase of their purchase.

Day to day maintenance of relationships with key customers such as local builders and property managers.

About You

If you have a keen eye for detail, an interest in interior design, well-developed communication skills and exceptional customer service skills this could be for you.

You will be just as comfortable on the showroom floor assisting customers to make informed decisions about products, as actively sourcing new business.

You must have solid exposure to customer service and sales environments together with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers.

You will understand the importance of first impressions and be able to effectively organise your daily tasks.

You must hold a manual QLD drivers licence, and must be available to work a half-day every second Saturday.
