About the role

Elegance Realty is seeking a driven and talented Real Estate Sales Agent/Sales Associate to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland. As a full-time Sales Agent, you will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell and lease residential properties within the local market. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your sales expertise and thrive in a fast-paced, commission-based environment.

What you'll be doing

Identifying and prospecting for new sales and rental opportunities

Meeting with potential buyers and sellers to understand their needs and objectives

Preparing and presenting property listings, including market analysis and pricing recommendations

Coordinating property inspections and open houses

Negotiating sales contracts and leases to secure the best outcomes for clients

Maintaining detailed records of all client interactions and transactions

Staying up-to-date with market trends, legislative changes and industry best practices

Providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with clients

What we're looking for

At least 1 years of proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent or in a similar sales role

Strong knowledge of the local residential property market and current trends

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients

A driven, self-motivated and competitive sales mindset

Strong organisational and time management skills

Familiarity with real estate sales software and marketing tools

A current real estate license or the ability to obtain one
