We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and hands-on Community Manager to join our team at Lincoln Place. This is a senior role responsible for the day-to-day management of the estate, including both the Lifestyle Community and Tourism operations.
This role is pivotal in delivering outstanding resident satisfaction, efficient park operations, and a safe, well-maintained environment. You will lead and support a small team—including Tourism Concierges and Grounds & Maintenance staff—while also working closely with Lincoln Place Operations.
This is a full-time, Monday–Friday role with the expectation of some after-hours availability to respond to urgent matters and occasional community events.
Aligned with Lincoln Place’s core values and principles, you will be supported by our experienced Operations leadership team and other key stakeholders, ensuring you have the guidance and resources needed to succeed in both operational duties and resident engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support on-site teams, fostering a positive, guest- and resident-focused culture.
Oversee day-to-day operations across tourism and residential areas, ensuring smooth service delivery.
Act as the main contact for residents and families, supporting engagement and resolving concerns.
Manage tourism operations including reservations, guest services, and compliance with regulations.
Ensure facility maintenance, safety, and presentation standards are met.
Handle administrative tasks, site agreements, reporting, and compliance with relevant legislation.
Assist with budgeting, arrears management, and financial reporting.
Support community events and be available for occasional after-hours needs.
What do you bring?
Experience in community management, tourism, hospitality, or property management.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and maintain respectful relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Sound administrative and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
Knowledge of compliance requirements in residential, tourism, or facilities management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with NewBook or similar booking/property systems (desirable).
Ability to work independently and lead a small team.
