About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to manage a portfolio of schemes across approx. 800 - 1,000 lots. You’ll have the support of an experienced admin team and be working in a culture that values initiative, results, and teamwork.

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct periodic inspections and manage day-to-day operations
• Prepare annual budgets and contribute to financial planning
• Liaise with the Owners Corporation and stakeholders
• Attend and chair AGMs/EGMs/Committee Meetings
• Organise work orders, quotes, and contractor coordination
• Ensure compliance with strata legislation
• Maintain a high level of client service and satisfaction
• Collaborate with support staff to streamline operations

What You’ll Need to Bring:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in strata management
• Strata Class 2 or Class 1 Licence
• Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
• Strong work ethic and results-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Proven ability to manage both residential and commercial portfolios
