We have an exciting opportunity for a Strata Manager to join our team. Experience in strata management, real estate, or finance is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage all aspects of a strata portfolio
✅ Respond to a high volume of client enquiries via phone and email
✅ Oversee maintenance matters, conduct on-site inspections, and attend client meetings
✅ Prepare budgets and process accounts
✅ Build strong relationships with clients through hands-on service

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Outstanding customer service and problem-solving ability

High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

A positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Professional presentation and a team-oriented mindset

A current driver’s licence
