Due to on-going rapid growth we are currently recruiting Building Managers at all levels to join the team.
What we are looking for:
Building & Facilities Management experience: 1-5 + years depending on the role
A genuine passion for Building & Facilities Management industry
In-depth technical knowledge
A strong customer service mind-set and the ability to easily build rapport with Residents and Strata Committees
Ability to read & interpret budget & financials
Understanding of residential strata schemes and maintenance management
You understand compliance, WHS obligations relating to contractors, strata and residential buildings.
Be ambitious, a forward-thinker with a 'can do' attitude
A passion and interest in progressing your career in the Building & Facilities Management Industry
First class communication and top-notch relationship-building skills
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Immaculate personal presentation and a highly professional demeanour
Excellent communication skills
