The Role:
This is a fast-paced role that will see you utilizing your administration, organization and time management skills daily. As the backbone to a high-performing team, Monday to Friday, you will be responsible for:

• Oversee a small portfolio of schemes
• Assist others with their portfolios while managing your own
• Chair and lead meetings
• Prepare agendas and minutes, and attend owners' corporation meetings
• Address and resolve issues raised by the owner's corporation to improve community living
• Build relationships with key stakeholders to manage large-scale defect claims, remedial works, and legal matters

The Candidate:
We are seeking an experienced individual ready for a long-term career! Facing new challenges daily, you will be well-spoken, well-presented, and confident. You will have:

• Previous experience working in the Strata Industry
• The ability to work as Part of a Team
• Strong Administration Skills
• Valid Strata Certificate
• Ability to Multi-Task & Be Highly Organised
