We are seeking an Office All-Rounder to help in our Automotive Electrical and Vehicle hire businesses. We currently run two businesses and require a friendly, outgoing and positive individual to help with administration and general reception duties.
All training will be provided with our software systems.
The duties are varied and you will learn many new skills with training provided, however, applicants with a Cert II in Business or higher are encouraged to apply.
Award wages and conditions apply to our industry.
Standard business hours are Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.00pm
Duties include:
General Reception
Bank reconciliations
Invoicing
Data Entry
Creating and updating spreadsheets
General administration duties
Banking
Parts packing, pickup and deliveries
Keeping the office clean and tidy
Answering phones and greeting clients
Vehicle deliveries
Key selection criteria:
Computer literate with competency within Microsoft applications
Current drivers licence is required. (Manual an advantage)
Cert II in Business or higher an advantage
Great communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, and friendly phone manner.
Attention to detail.
Enthusiastic, energetic and reliable.
Organised and a team player with a can-do attitude.
Ability to prioritise and multitask.
Professional presentation with a welcoming and friendly attitude.
