We’re a small, hands-on automotive electrician workshop looking for an Office All-Rounder to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. From bookkeeping and admin to parts sourcing, stock managaement and HR support, you’ll be the go-to person who helps our workshop stay organised. If you like variety in your day and enjoy being part of a close-knit team, we’d love to hear from you!
Duties:
Bookkeeping - all aspects from invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable and BAS
Payroll
HR
Parts Sourcing
Client liasing
Stock Management
Other ad-hoc office related duties
To be considered for this role you will need the following:
The right to work in Australia
Certificate IV in Bookkeeping is not essential but highly desirable
Self motivated, good initiaive and the ability to work independently
The ability to liaise with clients
This position is for 20-25hrs per week on a part-time basis. Work hours can be flexible and is especially suited to a parent who can only work school hours.
