Guest Services Agent (Front office & Food & Beverage All-Rounder)

At Aurea Hotel Perth Kings Park, we pride ourselves on putting the customer first in everything we do. We are seeking an enthusiastic and flexible Guest Services Agent who can also support our Food & Beverage operations, including coffee service and light duties.

About the role
This is a hands-on position at the heart of our guest experience. You will:

Deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring smooth arrivals, departures, and stay experiences.

Assist with Food & Beverage operations, including coffee preparation and service.

Work across both Front Office and F&B to provide seamless support.

Be available to work on a 7-day rotating roster, including AM, PM, weekends, public holidays, and occasional night audit shifts.

About you
We are looking for someone who:

Lives the “customer first” approach in all interactions.

Has previous front office or hospitality experience.

Is confident with barista/coffee service or eager to learn.

Enjoys working in a small, supportive team and takes pride in presentation.

Is flexible, reliable, and has excellent communication skills.
