• Creating Purchase Orders both manually and within internal systems
• Uploading all relevant data in system (PO's, Invoices)
• Bi-monthly food cost control analysis for each site
• Review and advise on provisions request in cohesion with the Chief Steward
• Periodic site visits (when applicable) for stock taking and inventory management.
• Planning of logistics and arranging on time provisions deliveries
• Reporting and documenting any delivery discrepancies.
• Submission of month end financial documentation requirements in a timely manner.
*Requirements:**
Minimum 1-3 years' experience in catering administration or food service procurement
Experience with purchase order systems and financial reporting
Background in marine, mining, or remote site catering preferred
• Review and analyze month end documentation to ensure sites performance is as expected.
• Liaising with supplier to ensure all costs are captured correctly
