Essential skills and responsibilities:

• Strong excel skills and can work confidently with data
• Has high attention to detail and takes initiative to learn on the job
• Communicates clearly and professionally with stakeholders
• Is organised and thrives on managing multiple priorities
• Shows a high level of integrity, discretion and accountability
• Bonus- Has some exposure to export processes, mining or mandarin language skills

Duties and responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation of export documentation
• Communicate with brokers, banks and clients on shipping and payment matters
• Track vessel schedules and cargo readiness
• Help manage commercial models
• Review contracts and assist with drafting and compliance
• Build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
• Provide general administrative support across the commercial and marketing functions
