Utility Contracting Industry Admin

Who you'll be working with:

Global Power Services is Malaga WA based construction company specialised in a number of key high voltage and associated disciplines including substation civil and structural services, primary electrical construction. We have undertaken works across Australia, from capital cities and confined work spaces to remote rural areas with unique logistical issues.

We are currently looking for experienced personnel to join our team to work on various projects throughout WA:

Contract Administrator

Ideally 2 years relevant work experience

Tertiary qualifications in Contracts, Business Law, or a related field (qualifications in Project Management or Quantity Surveying highly regarded)

Strong knowledge of the AS4000 suite of contracts and relevant legislation, including safety and security of payment.

Hold a high level of attention to detail and excellent computer skills.

A positive attitude, strong work ethic and a positive attitude towards safety are a requirements.

Site visits will be required, Drivers licence is a minimum requirement.

Have strong communication and negotiation skills to liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders.

This position is a full time position based at our office in Malaga WA. There will be site visits for leadership meetings with our customers.

Responsibilities include contract correspondence with the clients, administering the clients systems and our own. Supporting the Project team with procurement and schedule updates/ reporting.

The successful candidate/s must be both strong and fit with relevant site experience.
Ability to work in a consistent, professional manner is essential.

Remuneration negotiable and dependent on skills and experience and the position offered.
