The Company:
Our client is a Residential home builder that places a strong emphasis on delivering and completing quality first and second-home buyer builds where they are challenging the status quo.

This is an opportunity to work for an innovative and forward-thinking industry leader in the single-storey market. They pride themselves on their build times, quality and customer service.

The Opportunity:

  • Assist in the preparation of prestart documentation, including contracts, agreements, and other relevant documents.
  • Coordinate and facilitate clients from their pre-start meeting through to the handover of their home
  • Advise on budget issues
  • No Client Liaison

About You:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate an outstanding client-centric approach and aims to advance their career with a company they take pride in representing in the market.

  • 2+ years of experience working as a prestart consultant
  • Exceptional high attention to detail and Customer-centric focused
  • Strong organizational abilities and Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
