Our client is privately owned company developing and building landmark projects in WA. With current high-profile projects underway across the Perth CBD, they are seeking a Site Manager to join their highly skilled team.

Key Responsibilities

Site Establishment

Disconnection of Services

Sheet Piling supervision

Bulk Earthworks supervision

Effectively plan and schedule to ensure project deadlines are achieved

Understand and interpret construction drawings

Review technical drawings and advise engineering of any discrepancies

Oversee all site safety and ensure staff and contractors comply with project safety management plan

Conduct regular toolbox talks

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, staff, trades, suppliers, subcontracts and clients

Skills and Experience

Experience supervising on commercial construction projects and mixed-used developments

Excellent understanding of WHSE legislation

Strong people management and leadership abilities

Proven track record of successful project delivery
