🏗️ Civil Contractor – Tendering & On-Site Delivery

Location: South West WA (Albany preferred - surrounding areas Denmark, Busselton, Bunbury, Perth.) Remote position - but must be willing to travel and work away.

Type: Contractor (ABN required)

Compensation: $50–80/hour (negotiated, depending on experience) + 5% of each successfully secured/delivered project.

I’m running a civil construction/earth works business based in Albany, WA, that has been operating for 10+ years and I’m looking for the right person to team up and help grow the company.

This isn’t a corporate desk job — it’s an opportunity to join a one-man band, bring energy and ideas, and be part of building something bigger. The right person will have fire in their belly, with the ability to secure work and roll up their sleeves to help deliver it.

🔍 What You’ll Do

Identify and prepare tenders (council, government, private civil projects)

Submit pricing, compliance documents, and contract bids

Liaise with clients, consultants, and local authorities

Get on-site to support project delivery (hands-on, boots on ground)

Travel to regional projects as required (accommodation/meals covered)

💰 How You’ll Be Paid

$50–80/hour (negotiated based on experience) for work completed (time log to be kept for each hour put into each project - to be recouped at final delivery).

5% of contract value on each successfully secured project (paid once the client invoice is received) as incentive to work harder and secure more tenders.
